These terms apply when you visit Shadeh or play a card game on shadeh.fun. By using the service, you agree to these terms.

What Shadeh provides

Shadeh is a social platform for online card games. Trix is currently available, and additional games may be added. You can play at a table as a guest or with an account. The rules and scoring shown when a table is created apply to that match. Shadeh is for entertainment only: it has no wagers, cash prizes, purchases, or real-money gambling.

Accounts and guests

Keep your sign-in details secure and provide a display name and profile image you are entitled to use. You are responsible for activity through your account. Guest play may use a temporary browser identifier and may not preserve progress if browser data is cleared.

Fair play and conduct

Do not cheat, exploit a bug, interfere with another player’s use of the service, impersonate someone, harass or threaten people, publish unlawful or private material, automate play to disrupt tables, or attempt to access another person’s account or data. Use a display name and avatar that are appropriate for a shared game.

Game records and player content

You keep rights to the name and image you provide. You give Shadeh permission to display them to other players and to store game actions, results, and scores as needed to run tables, restore matches, show results, and maintain fair play. Do not submit content you do not have permission to use.

Availability and enforcement

We may update, suspend, or remove features to maintain the service, and may restrict access when an account or activity violates these terms or threatens the service or its players. Online play depends on network and hosting services, so uninterrupted access is not guaranteed. We may remove abusive profile content or close an account after reviewing a report.

Software and intellectual property

Shadeh and its original branding and software are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Open-source components remain subject to their own licenses, listed on the licenses page. These terms do not transfer ownership of Shadeh or third-party components to you.

Disclaimers and liability

Shadeh is provided for entertainment and is supplied as available. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not responsible for indirect losses, lost progress, or interruptions caused by networks or third-party providers. Nothing in these terms limits rights or remedies that cannot legally be limited.

Changes and contact
